Predictable AI usage costs
One-time purchase, no additional AI usage charges

Under the Japan offer, AI usage charges do not increase with generation volume. The appliance purchase price is known upfront, helping with approval and budgeting. Electricity and optional services remain separate.

Flexible ways to start
Leasing and installment payments (Japan)

A partner leasing company can provide monthly payments in Japan, reducing upfront cost. Depending on applicable Japanese accounting treatment, leasing may be recorded as rental expense. Payments depend on the appliance price and lease rate; rates vary with screening and a formal quote provides details. Confirm overseas options individually.

* Monthly equivalents divide the excluding-tax appliance price evenly over the 36-month Japan hardware warranty period. They are not a lease quote; actual lease payments depend on the rate.

The typical process

Japan reference process from quotation to payment

1

Obtain a quote

For overseas pricing, quantities or financing, request a formal quote. The Japan automated quotation service can issue a PDF immediately; its quotes are valid for two weeks.

2

Order application

For Japan orders, submit the order application once the quote is agreed. Procurement-system transactions and new vendor registration can also be accommodated. Overseas customers should confirm the process with sales.

3

Contract execution

Complete the sale agreement and terms of use. For Japan leasing, the leasing-company agreement runs in parallel. Contact sales for required documents and overseas contract arrangements.

4

Delivery and acceptance

Japan: delivery in 1–2 business days after dispatch. In the Japan reference process, the invoice follows acceptance. For installation, review the Checklist; specialist engineering is not generally required. Overseas delivery and invoicing arrangements need confirmation.

5

Payment

In the Japan reference process, pay by the date shown on the invoice via bank transfer (or monthly billing from the leasing company). Confirm the applicable overseas payment method and currency.

Compare Japan payment options

Product and Japan warranty coverage are the same across these payment options. Overseas terms require confirmation.
