Trial
The Japan trial process has four steps from application to login. The trial lasts two weeks. Our team reviews applications and emails the result to your application address. Overseas customers should contact sales first to confirm availability and data-handling conditions. The external trial portal and its emails are currently Japanese; the English labels below explain them.
Register and log in with the same email address used for your application.
Trial application form — In the Japan portal, all fields except department and job title are required. Agree to the handling of personal information and submit. Overseas customers should first use the English sales contact form.
Enter the six-digit verification code sent by email. The application is not complete until verification succeeds. Codes expire after 30 minutes. If the email does not arrive, check spam and use the portal's resend-code option.
Our team reviews the application and sends the result to the email address provided. Approved applicants receive different instructions depending on whether they already have an account; see the status guide below.
Once approval arrives, the Japan trial can be accessed. Account page (Japanese portal) — Sign in using your application email and select the option to open the trial environment. If you do not have an account, use the registration link in the approval email with the same address. Access lasts two weeks from approval.

After submitting the form, enter the six-digit emailed code to complete your application.

If approved, the email instructions differ according to account status. The account page displays the access deadline and launch button.

No account: a Japanese email confirming trial access, the deadline and an account-registration link valid for 14 days.If access is not offered, a Japanese email about your trial application will inform you. Individual screening reasons are not provided.
Use the trial until the access deadline. If you did not have an account, register using the emailed link and the same address as your application.
The Japanese account page indicates that the trial has ended. You cannot enter the environment, but you can request a purchase quote.
To discuss an extension, contact your sales representative. If access has been stopped, the environment cannot be entered or restarted through the portal.

The six digits do not match. Check the code in the email and enter it again.
More than 30 minutes have passed. Use the resend-code option to receive and enter a new code.
Repeated incorrect attempts have temporarily limited access. Wait and try again; resending the code does not remove this limit.
Several submissions were made in a short period. Wait before trying again.
No application was found for that address. Check the email address used when applying.
Your application is under review. Wait for the result email.
A temporary connection issue is preventing access. Wait and try again.
If the Japanese portal says your application was received, it is complete. Do not submit again; wait for review. For issues not covered here, contact your sales representative.
